JOSEPHS — GUTES FÜR DICH. * BACHELOR THESIS
The aim of this thesis is to develop a modern branding concept for the delicatessen ‘Gutes von Josephs’. The strengths and weaknesses of the original concept are to be worked out and the unique features of the historic shop emphasised. In order to make the concept fit for the future, competitors are analysed and current trends are taken into account. A central aspect is the question of how a traditional delicatessen can survive in today's zeitgeist without losing its 40-year history and how delicatessen can be made attractive to a young target group.
